Our foundry company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Foundryman to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a foundry setting and be familiar with all aspects of the foundry process. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machinery and tools used in the foundry process such as furnaces, molds, ladles, and cranes.
- Prepare molds by filling with molten metal according to specifications.
- Monitor equipment during casting to ensure proper temperature and consistency.
- Remove finished castings from molds and inspect for quality control.
- Repair damaged molds or equipment as needed.
- Keep work area clean and organized for safe production.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Foundryman in a foundry setting.
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes, including melting, pouring, molding, and finishing.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and visual inspections.
- Excellent teamwork skills for collaboration with other team members.
