Rental Coordinator

As a Rental Coordinator for our company in Malindi, you will be responsible for coordinating rental agreements and managing rental properties. Your duties will include communicating with tenants and property owners, scheduling property viewings, and processing rental applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, collecting rent payments, and addressing any tenant concerns or maintenance issues.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in property management or customer service is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided as part of the contract. Applicants must have their own visa or be able to obtain one on their own.
