Shaper Assistant



We are in need of a skilled and motivated Shaper Assistant to join our team in Malindi. As a Shaper Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Shaper to help design and create surfboards according to customer specifications. This includes assisting with shaping, sanding, glassing, and finishing the boards. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of surfboard design and construction, as well as experience working with tools and machinery. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities for this position. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about the surfboard shaping industry while gaining hands-on experience. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate, along with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Visa sponsorship and airfare will also be provided for non-natives if necessary.
