Milling Machine Operator

We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining milling machines and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the machine to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of machine operations and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery
