Job Title: Concierge in Malindi



As a Concierge in Malindi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our resort. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Arrange reservations for dining, transportation, activities, and spa services
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep updated records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and restaurants in Malindi
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1000 USD per month
