We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Malindi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting them with various requests during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current events in the area to make recommendations to guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in the area
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1500$ per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international applicants.

This position is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal town on the Indian Ocean in Kenya. It is known for its stunning beaches, water sports activities, and vibrant nightlife.
