Crane Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites or in industrial settings. The ideal candidate should have a valid crane operator license and be familiar with safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites or in industrial settings
- Inspect crane before operation to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Monitor load weight and movement to prevent accidents or damage
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- Flexibility to work long hours or weekends when needed

Salary: 1100$ (with potential for increase based on performance)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (Visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan citizens)
