We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foundryman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of metal castings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as furnaces, molds, and ladles used in the production of metal castings.
- Monitor the melting process to ensure proper temperature and quality of melted metal.
- Pour molten metal into molds according to specifications.
- Use tools and machinery to remove finished castings from molds.
- Inspect finished castings for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues with equipment or production processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in foundry work preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a foundryman in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of foundry processes and equipment, including furnaces, molds, and ladles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications for casting production.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery for casting removal and repair.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to identify defects in finished castings.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
