Courier Delivery Associate

We are in need of a reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Mombasa. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within the city. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations within Mombasa
- Plan the most efficient routes for deliveries
- Verify addresses and package contents before delivery
- Collect payments from customers, if necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including times and locations
- Report any delays or issues with deliveries to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a courier or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Mombasa roads and neighborhoods is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1200$ per month (without accommodation)
