We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be willing to relocate to Eldoret, Kenya

Salary: $1500 per month
