Entry Level Collector

As an Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Your main goal will be to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with our accounting team to resolve any payment discrepancies and provide regular reports of collection activities. This position is suitable for men and does not require prior experience.

Your duties as an Entry Level Collector will include contacting clients via phone, email, or mail to request payment, negotiating payment plans when necessary, and updating client information in our database. You may also be required to track down delinquent accounts and initiate legal action if necessary. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

To excel in this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient in basic computer skills. Prior experience in collections or customer service is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
