CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and products. Your main duties will include setting up and operating the machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or products as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in CNC operation is preferred but not required
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1400 per month
