Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers in Eldoret, Kenya. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by building strong relationships with clients and meeting sales targets. This is a commission-based role with a starting salary of $1600, plus the potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals
- Continuously meet or exceed sales targets while also maintaining high levels of customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products in order to effectively promote our offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in Eldoret without visa sponsorship
