Part-Time Barista (Al Buraymi, Oman)


We are hiring a part-time Barista to join our team at a popular café in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for individuals with flexible schedules, as the position requires working on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not already an Omani national

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
