Contract Blast Furnace Worker

We are looking for a skilled Blast Furnace Worker to join our team in Osijek on a contract basis. As a Blast Furnace Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain blast furnaces according to safety guidelines and production standards
- Monitor furnace temperatures and adjust controls as needed
- Load raw materials into furnace and remove slag and metal from furnace
- Conduct routine inspections on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisor
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing worn parts or lubricating machinery
- Work with team members to ensure smooth operation of blast furnaces

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a blast furnace or similar industrial setting is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in hot and physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
- Accommodation will be provided for workers who do not live in Osijek

Salary: Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
