Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress against plan and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
