Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in maintaining and optimizing product displays, inventory levels, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays to attract customers and maximize sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop strategies for improving product performance
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Participate in store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and promotional strategies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with coursework in business or merchandising
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of retail math and inventory management principles is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have own visa for working in Al Buraymi

Salary: 1300$ per month. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Previous experience is not required but would be considered an asset.
