Senior Architect (Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful city of Dickirch, Luxembourg. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the overall design process and lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop creative and practical design solutions that meet the client's requirements and budget
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the design process
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within an architectural firm
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to think creatively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month for this contract position.

Our offices are located in Dickirch, Luxembourg - a vibrant city known for its historical architecture and picturesque landscapes.
