Senior Architect - Dickirch, Luxembourg

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for the design process
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the development of design concepts and present them to clients for review and approval
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress during construction to ensure that the project is being executed according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
