Formwork Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Formwork Engineer to join our construction team in Moscow on a contract basis. As a Formwork Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining temporary structures used to support the concrete pouring process. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and construction workers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of formwork tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Design formwork structures based on project requirements and specifications
- Calculate materials needed and create cost estimates
- Supervise the installation and removal of formwork systems
- Ensure that all formwork is properly braced, supported, and secured
- Collaborate with site engineers to coordinate formwork with other construction activities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays in the formwork process
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work progress
- Train and supervise junior formworkers as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or Formwork Engineer
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Knowledgeable in using various types of formwork systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Moscow (Russian nationality preferred)
