Job Title: Land Surveyor


The position of Land Surveyor in Chelyabinsk offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and is a full-time job. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has a strong background in surveying and is able to work independently. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Create maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements for project planning purposes
- Ensure that all surveys are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification
- Experience with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Knowledge of local land laws and regulations
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
