As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and structures to create a smooth and durable surface. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it suitable for entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them
- Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios and consistency
- Apply plaster using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Create decorative patterns and textures on plaster surfaces
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends and overtime as needed
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, bend, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in plastering
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills on the job
