Architectural Designer

We are searching for a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in St. Petersburg. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing building plans, creating construction drawings, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop building plans that meet the client's requirements and budget
- Create detailed construction drawings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to improve design processes
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1700/month with accommodation provided in St. Petersburg.
