Part-Time Architectural Designer in St. Petersburg


We are searching for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team in St. Petersburg on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to create detailed designs and plans for various projects. This position is suitable for men who are looking to gain experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work part-time hours

This part-time position is open for candidates who have their own visa or residency permit in St. Petersburg. This is a great opportunity for someone without previous experience in the field as you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience from our experienced team of professionals. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
