Job Title: Entry-Level Baker

As an entry-level baker at our bakery in Nizwa, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and learn the art of baking from our experienced team. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1600$, open to candidates of all nationalities. No prior experience is required, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is a must!

In this role, you will assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and desserts. Your responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating ovens and other equipment, decorating baked goods, and maintaining a clean work area.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to follow recipes accurately, and has basic math skills for measuring ingredients. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.

This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting heavy bags of flour and other ingredients, standing for long periods of time, and working in hot environments. Therefore, you should be physically fit and able to handle these tasks.

As an entry-level baker, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced bakers and develop your skills in baking techniques and recipe creation. This position also offers room for growth within our bakery as you gain more experience.
