Office Assistant - Biometric Passport Processing (Izhevsk, Russia)

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. This position is open to all genders, but women are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing biometric passports and providing administrative support to the office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process biometric passport applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records of passport applications and related documents
- Communicate with clients regarding passport status and requirements
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Familiarity with biometric passport procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English
