Waiter/Waitress

We are searching for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Work efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills in both English and Russian (preferred)
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Attention to detail for accurately taking orders
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary:
Starting salary at 1200$ per month with potential for increase based on performance. Tips are shared among staff members.
