Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Ufa. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will assist senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. While experience is not required, we value candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and planning construction projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical problems and make design changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and calculations
- Proficient in computer-assisted design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
