Industrial Engineer

Our rapidly growing manufacturing company in Lusail is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency and productivity, and reducing costs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies and systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success in industrial engineering. Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to increase efficiency
- Conduct time studies, create work standards, and establish best practices
- Monitor production data and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new strategies and systems
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop training materials and provide training to employees on new processes or equipment
- Collect and analyze data to measure performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Familiarity with CAD software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lusail (visa sponsorship available)
