Equipment Operator - St. Petersburg, Russia
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This includes bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery used for construction, demolition, or other projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc. according to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Transport materials using heavy equipment as needed.
- Ensure safety of yourself and others by following all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities such as time worked, materials used, etc.
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or issues that arise during operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.
- Experience working on construction or demolition projects.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Working Conditions:
This position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You may be exposed to loud noises, vibrations, fumes, dust, and other hazards while operating heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment will be provided for your safety. This is a full-time position with regular working hours, but overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with free visa and ticket to St. Petersburg, Russia. We also provide health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
