We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on our products and services to accurately assist clients with their needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services to existing clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by actively seeking feedback and implementing necessary changes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online communication platforms
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an asset
