Waiter/Waitress

Our restaurant in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide menu recommendations
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and presentable for new guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
