Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in El-Ain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid visa in UAE. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with menu recommendations
- Taking accurate orders and delivering them promptly to the kitchen
- Suggesting additional items such as desserts or drinks
- Upselling menu items to increase sales
- Ensuring tables are clean and properly set up for new guests
- Communicating special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff
- Handling guest complaints and resolving them efficiently
- Processing payments accurately using cash or credit cards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
