Job Title: Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all levels in Salalah. This includes conducting assessments, creating customized workout plans, monitoring progress, and providing motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals
- Design individualized workout plans based on clients' needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance during training sessions
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their fitness goals
- Educate clients about nutrition, hydration, and other lifestyle factors that impact overall health and wellness
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer preferred
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
