Restaurant Manager in Moscow - Visa Sponsorship Available


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the staff, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create and maintain financial records including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of financial management principles such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
- Must be fluent in English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
- Must hold a valid work permit/visa for Russia (visa sponsorship available)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
