Art Director


As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall visual style and creative direction of projects. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure that the visual elements align with the brand's objectives and messaging. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear creative vision for projects, ensuring consistency across all visual elements
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to designers and other team members
- Review design concepts and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that visuals support the messaging and tone of voice
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve the creative output of the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or a similar role in a creative agency or in-house team
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects you have led or contributed to
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate your ideas clearly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ar-Ruwais, with accommodation provided for non-local candidates. However, we welcome applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
