We are hiring a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Pakistan. As a Welder, you will use specialized equipment to join metal parts together and fabricate or repair metal products. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the layout and welding process
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Inspect completed welds for quality control
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a professional setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Familiarity with different types of metal and their properties
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
