Handyman

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lom. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Fix or replace broken appliances and equipment
- Paint walls, repair drywall and perform other general handyman tasks as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Communicate with property owners and tenants regarding any issues or concerns
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with property owners, tenants, and team members
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
