Handyman - General Maintenance Technician


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lom. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are in good working condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and appliances
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred (though freshers are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Location:
This position is based in Lom but may require occasional travel to other locations within the city.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with working hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required for emergency repairs or special projects.
