We are hiring for the role of Slinger in Dubrovnik, Croatia. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are interested in starting a career in the construction industry and are willing to learn and grow with our company.

As a Slinger, you will be responsible for assisting with the movement of materials and equipment on construction sites. This includes loading and unloading materials from trucks, operating cranes and hoists, and ensuring that materials are properly secured and stored.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. You must also have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Operate cranes and hoists to move materials to desired locations
- Ensure that all materials are properly secured for safe transport
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Valid visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
