A reputable construction company in Dubrovnik, Croatia is seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving heavy materials on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver and control loads using hand signals and/or radio communication
- Inspect slings, rigging hardware, and other materials for defects before use
- Secure loads using chains, straps, or other methods as needed
- Operate equipment such as cranes or forklifts to move materials
- Communicate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe movement of materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Slinger in a construction setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment
- Ability to understand hand signals and radio communications in a fast-paced environment
- Valid certification or license as required by local regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided.

Visa Requirements:
Applicants must have their own visa for working in Croatia.
