Chef de Cuisine

Seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality dishes that showcase our unique blend of Malayalee cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Malayalee cooking techniques and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. You must also have exceptional leadership skills to manage our kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to execute high-quality dishes according to our menu
- Develop new and creative recipes that showcase our unique blend of Malayalee cuisine
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards and regulations
- Train and mentor junior chefs on proper cooking techniques
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and specials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into our menu

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Expertise in Malayalee cuisine with knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to create new recipes while maintaining quality control standards

Salary: Competitive salary package starting at 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)
