Key Responsibilities:
- Create traditional and modern Indian dishes based on menu specifications
- Ensure all meals are prepared according to food safety and hygiene standards
- Order and maintain inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training when necessary
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills in English
- Must hold relevant culinary qualifications
