Contract Sales Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Contract Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Manama. As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring that they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely execution of all agreements
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the contract industry (experience in Manama is preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of contract law and experience negotiating contracts is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
