Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building designs. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and unique architectural concepts for various projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed drawings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Moscow
