A reputable painting company in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced and skilled Painter to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and talented individual who can deliver high-quality work and meet tight deadlines. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coats of paint to various structures and surfaces. You must have a strong understanding of color theory, be able to work with a variety of tools and equipment, and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning walls
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply coats of paint or varnish using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape as needed
- Use appropriate tools such as ladders, scaffolding, or lifts to reach high areas
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean working environment by organizing supplies and cleaning up after each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional Painter
- Strong understanding of color theory and ability to mix paints to achieve desired hues
- Ability to use various tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders, scaffolding or lifts effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in order to understand client needs and provide updates on job progress
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with safety regulations when working at heights
- Must be willing to follow company policies regarding safety procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in painting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Painter
- Must have own transportation to job sites
- Bilingual in Russian and English preferred but not required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime.

Location:
