We are hiring a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a wide variety of delicious pastries and desserts that meet the highest quality standards. Your main duties will include managing inventory, ensuring food safety regulations are met, and training junior pastry chefs.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment and be familiar with all aspects of pastry making. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Additionally, you must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to create visually appealing desserts that taste as good as they look.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing a wide range of pastries and desserts according to established recipes
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies when needed
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are met at all times
- Training junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to plan menus for special events or occasions
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization in the pastry area
- Adhering to company's policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques, methods, ingredients, equipment, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail with the ability to create visually appealing desserts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in Bahrain
