Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a dedicated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Wiltz. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's computer network and systems to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot any network or system issues, implement security measures, and monitor network performance.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer networks and systems
- Maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and software installations
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues
- Create backup systems to ensure data protection
- Upgrade systems as needed to improve efficiency
- Conduct regular audits of the network to identify potential vulnerabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with security protocols such as firewalls, antivirus software, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Wiltz. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to considering candidates who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
