Preservation Architect
Preservation architects play a crucial role in safeguarding and protecting the historical and cultural heritage of cities and towns. Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, providing guidance on techniques, materials, and methods for restoration and conservation
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress of preservation projects and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Document all stages of preservation projects, including research, planning, construction, and post-restoration evaluation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in historic preservation or restoration projects
- In-depth knowledge of architectural history, styles, materials, and techniques
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
