Head Chef


As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our luxury resort in Albena. Your main role will be to plan, prepare and execute high-quality dishes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that are both innovative and appealing to guests
- Train and lead a team of chefs, cooks and kitchen assistants
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and portion sizes
- Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Implement food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and kitchen procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, with the possibility of bonuses based on performance.
